Pho You, a new restaurant serving Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Thai food, has opened today on Railway Street, next door to Altrincham Hospital.
It’s open for lunch every day (except Tuesday) between 12 and 2pm, and for dinner between 5.30 and 9.30pm.
Launched by owner Sunny Hu, the restaurant also features the national dresses of the five cuisines it is offering, framed on the wall.
